The Lab is equipped with IPIS rev 2.0 of RDSO/SPN/TC/61. Integrated Passenger Information system with complete model setup along with application software & hardware like Platform display boards, Coach guidance display boards & At a glance display boards is established with hot standby mode.
Aimed to impart training to the trainees on the following topics.- Study of Passenger Information System
- Display of Train information
- Addition/Deletion To/From Train List
- Audio Announcements over IPIS Network
- PIS Network Configuration
- Troubleshooting of IPIS Network
